Bulletproof Coffee

This recipe is for all of my Keto friends.    Enjoy your coffee with your breakfast or before a workout!  It is sure to boost your energy and get you going for the day.  

Bulletproof Coffee
A warm, foamy boost of energy for your morning...not to mention a good way to get fats in for the day!

Ingredients
  1. 4-6 oz of your favorite coffee
  2. 1 T Coconut oil
  3. 2 T grass fed butter (I use Kerrygold unsalted)
  4. 2 T Heavy cream
  5. 3-4 drops liquid stevia (or to taste)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour hot foamy coffee into mug and enjoy!
