Fried rice is the perfect companion to any chinese dish. This is our version. It is simple and easy. There are actually only a few ingredients needed to make this tasty side. You won’t believe the flavor! It is comparable to the hibachi restaurants we have been to. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Every once in a great while, when I am playing in the kitchen with different foods, an idea comes into my mind. I had an epiphany last night. I had every intention of making calzones.
