My husband loves a hot breakfast in the morning. This is our typical Saturday breakfast, but I have recently started to make a hot breakfast EVERY morning. =) It gets my husband rearing to go and be able to accomplish his many tasks for the day.
This was such a healthy, yet tasty dinner. Seasoned salmon, garlic mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables.
