Ingredients
  1. 1 ripe banana, frozen
  2. 8 oz almond or coconut milk
  3. 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
  4. 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
  5. 1 Tablespoon almond butter
  6. 1 Tablespoon flaxseed meal
  7. 1 scoop chocolate whey protein or 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder (if already ate protein limit for day)
Instructions
