I was making pizzas for my youngest son’s birthday tomorrow and had some extra toppings. It inspired me to make them some english muffin pizzas as not to waste these toppings. It has been a long time since I have made them. My kids love them! I hope you will too =)
English Muffin Pizzas

A quick and tasty lunch for kids!

Ingredients
- 3 english muffins
- Pizza sauce
- pepperoni
- sausage, cooked and crumbled
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 1. Start by taking apart each half of the English Muffin.
- 2. Spread 2 Tablespoons of pizza sauce on each half.
- 3. Add 4 pepperonis. Sprinkle the sausage on top. Then, add some cheese (as much as you please).
- 4. Bake in oven for 7-8 minutes or until as crispy as desired.
