Pepperoni Rolls

These are so much better than store bought Totinos pizza rolls.  Try them out!

Dough
  1. 3 1/2- 4 cups bread flour
  2. 1 tsp sugar
  3. 2 tsp salt
  4. 1 T yeast
  5. 2 T olive oil
  6. 1 1/2 c water
  7. 1 lb package pepperoni
  8. shredded mozzarella cheese, your desired amount
  9. 1 egg white
  10. 2 T water
  11. parmesan cheese, to taste
  12. garlic salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Then, add the oil and water. Mix until all of the flour is combined. Knead for a minute until it forms a ball and grease the bottom of the bowl. Place the dough in the bowl. Put in a warm place to rise for 45 minutes.
  2. 2. Rip off pieces of the risen dough and form small 2-3" balls. Flatten them out and place the desired amount of pepperoni's and cheese. Fold over the sides and then the ends to form a roll. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet.
  3. 3. Mix the egg white and water in a bowl. Use a brush to brush the mixture on the top of each roll. Sprinkle the garlic salt and parmesan cheese on top. Lightly press it into the egg mixture so it still to the roll.
  4. 4 Bake 425 degrees for 12 minutes!
  5. 5. Serve with pizza sauce!
  6. Enjoy!
