Ingredients
  1. 2 chicken patties (tyson or other brand)
  2. 2 cups Lettuce (your favorite mix or variety)
  3. 1 diced tomato
  4. 1 cucumber, sliced
  5. 4 pita pockets (I use Brownberry Pocket Thins, healthy multi-grain 100 calorie)
Dressing
  1. 1/4 cup mayo
  2. 1/4 parmesan cheese
  3. 1 Tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  4. 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  5. 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  6. 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  7. 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
  8. 1.4 cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. 1. Cook the chicken patties according to directions.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl. After combined, gradually add the olive oil until smooth and combined. Set aside.
  3. 3. Stuff pita pockets with lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Add some dressing on top. Then with the room that is left, add the chicken. Add a little more dressing on top.
  4. Enjoy!
