Baked Oatmeal

This oatmeal is so much better than instant.  If you are like  me and do not like the slimy texture of instant, this oatmeal is for you!

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups quick-cooking oats
  2. 1 cup packed brown sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1 cup milk
  8. 1/2 cup butter, melted
  9. Additional milk
Instructions
  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and butter. Stir into oat mixture until blended.
  2. 2. Spoon into a greased 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 40-45 minutes or until set. Serve warm with milk.
  3. Enjoy!
